  • An event checklist to ensure a successful event
  • Confirmation of contracts and timing of events with all vendors
  • Create a comprehensive event timeline for vendors and event party
  • Attend and orchestrate your event

Day of the Event:

  • Manage the day of the event from “setup” to “teardown”
  • Oversee all vendor commitments to ensure they are fulfilled
  • One event coordinator and one assistant coordinator the day of your event

Exact cost depends on number of guests, location and logistics. Events with a guest count of 75+ will require additional assistants at a cost of $25 per hour per assistant.

  • A wedding checklist to ensure a successful event
  • Provide a detailed budget and assist with the allocation of funds
  • Guidance with vendor and venue selections
  • Confirmation of contracts and timing of events with all vendors
  • Create a comprehensive event timeline for vendors and event party
  • Attend and orchestrate your event rehearsal/ceremony

Day of the Event:

  • Unlimited telephone or email consultations to answer any questions or concerns
  • A wedding checklist to ensure a successful event
  • Provide a detailed budget and assist with the allocation of funds
  • Provide a list of recommended venue locations and vendors, and guide you through the selection process
  • Negotiate vendor and venue contracts
  • Negotiate hotel group room blocks for you and your guests
  • Negotiate and coordinate transportation for you and your guests
  • Assist with creating and printing of stationery (i.e. “save the date” notes, invitations, programs, place cards, menus, etc.)
  • Create a comprehensive event timeline for vendors and event party
  • Attend and orchestrate your event rehearsal

  • Unlimited consultations either in-person, by telephone or via email to answer any questions or concerns and go over event details (i.e. design and décor, vendor negotiations, timeline of activities, etc.)
  • A wedding checklist to ensure a successful event
  • Provide a detailed budget and assist with the allocation of funds
  • Provide a list of recommended venue locations and vendors, and work with you through the entire selection process
  • Set up and/or attend all venue and vendor meetings
  • Negotiate venue and vendor contracts
  • Negotiate hotel group room blocks for you and your guests
  • Negotiate and coordinate transportation for you and your guests
  • Assist with creating and printing of stationary (i.e. “save the date” notes, invitations, programs, place cards, menus, favors, etc.)
  • Assemble any necessary ceremony or reception items (invitations, programs, favors, etc.)
  • Create a comprehensive event timeline for vendors and event party
  • Attend and coordinate your event rehearsal and rehearsal dinner
  • Attend and coordinate any other related event (activities, pre-wedding dinners, post wedding brunch, etc.)

Day of the Event:

  • Guide you through the selection process of your caterer
  • Set up and/or attend catering meeting
  • Guide you through the menu selection process

Printing and Stationary:

  • Assist with creating and printing of stationery (i.e. “save the date” notes, invitations, programs, place cards, menus, favors, etc.)
  • Assemble necessary ceremony and reception items (i.e. invitations, programs, favors, etc.)

-Or-

You can retain Lisa Kahn Events as your event consultant at the rate of one hundred and twenty five dollars ($125) per hour, which includes but is not limited to: phone calls, in-person meetings and travel time to and from any and all appointments. There is a minimum of 8.5 hours on the day of the event.
